On entering this Themed BNB, you will immediately sense its special intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in your own home with the feel of being celebrities. Each room has been passionately prepared and each room deserves your stay. Balmy BNB decoration mixes valuable antiques and original artworks with an unexpected eclectic contemporary twist.
Balmy BNB offers a range of spacious and well-appointed private accommodations including Studio, 1BHK, and 2BHK apartments. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with premium king- or queen-size beds, comfortable hotel-grade mattresses, study table and chair, sofa seating, coffee or dining table, wardrobe, side tables, tasteful wall artwork, and ensuite bathroom facilities. Careful attention has been given to providing essential hotel-style amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, smart flat-screen TVs, fresh clean linens, and purified drinking water. The kitchens are fully functional and equipped with gas connection, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, utensils, and cutlery. Bathrooms feature modern shower areas, soft towels, geyser for hot water, toiletries, and hand wash dispensers. Our primary focus is to make guests feel truly at home—each apartment is naturally well-lit throughout the day and finished with elegant flooring and calming interiors that enhance comfort and relaxation. Guests enjoy exclusive access to their entire apartment, including the living/lounge area and kitchen.
We offer three types of fully furnished private rental units: Studio Apartments (2 units), 1BHK Apartments (3 units), and 2BHK Apartments (2 units). Our Studios include a compact, self-contained layout with an air-conditioned sleeping area, comfortable bed, smart TV, sofa seating, dedicated work desk, and a kitchenette equipped with essentials like a fridge, microwave, and drinking water purifier; select Luxury Studios offer extra space with a king-size bed, lounge area, dining setup, a well-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Our 1BHK units provide more privacy with a separate air-conditioned bedroom featuring a king-size bed and premium mattress, a living room with sofa and dining space, smart TV, and a functional kitchen, with balconies available in select units. For larger stays, our spacious 2BHK apartments feature two air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living area with smart TV and ample seating, a dedicated dining space, a well-equipped kitchen, and balconies, offering a comfortable home-style stay with hotel-like convenience.
